Biomechanical 3D Analysis and Examination
The evaluation included visualization, instrumentation, static and motion palpation, Gillet testing and biomechanical 3D X-ray analysis. The findings were used to guide the clinical examination and adjustments. Imaging findings alone do not establish the cause of every symptom.
Shoulder Tightness and Golfer’s Elbow Symptoms
The athlete reported shoulder tightness during training and golfer’s elbow symptoms with pullups. After spinal and extremity adjustments, shoulder movement was reassessed, and he reported less tightness during the visit.
Wrist Pain During Pushups and Limited Extension
A prior boxing injury was part of the wrist history. Before the wrist adjustments, pushups produced wrist pain and pressure, and wrist extension was limited. The examination included wrist X-ray analysis and assessment of the lunate, capitate and thumb region. On the immediate pushup retest, he reported that the pressure was gone and that he could bend the wrist farther. This was an immediate response, not proof of permanent correction.
Flat Feet, Bunions, Hammer Toes and Foot Mobility
The foot examination addressed limited movement and concerns involving bunions, hammer toes and gait mechanics, alongside broader foot mobility concerns. Adjustments included the talus, cuneiform, cuboid and first metatarsal region. During the post-adjustment movement test, the athlete described improved ability to roll through his feet. Changes in appearance during a single visit should not be interpreted as permanent structural correction.
Immediate Results and One-Week Follow-Up
The video documents the athlete’s reported improvement in shoulder comfort, wrist extension and pushup tolerance, and foot movement during the visit. At the one-week follow-up, he also reported improved running. Individual responses vary, and these observations do not establish that chiropractic adjustments reliably treat all of the conditions discussed.
